Autumn has to be without a doubt my favourite time of the year. Delicious and comforting home cooked meals, dark nights, listening to the rain at night, cosy blankets, rooms lit with candles and wax melts, warm drinks, cuddles with the children and I’m a celeb gracing us with it’s presence on the TV. Here are some of my favourite things for around the home during Autumn.
*Disclaimer – I did mention I was obsessed with wax melts and candles didn’t I?*
Ella and I gel wax melts – You’ve heard of wax melts but how about wax melts made out of jelly? They are an absolute game changer when it comes to swapping out your scents. Gone are the days of cotton wool balls or heating up the wax enough to pop it out. Simply wait for the wax to cool down and pull it out ready to choose another scent!
DW Home Candles – I purchased these from TK Maxx, Caramel Pecan was my favourite and we had this burning every night until it ran out! I wish they did these scents all year round.
Sand and Fog Candles – I purchased quite a few of these from TK Maxx! My favourite scents were Jack O Lantern and Spiced Pumpkin.
Cleaves Home Fragrance Room Sprays – If you can’t have your pillows, linen and bedding smelling like Autumn then are you okay hun? I am absolutely obsessed with the room sprays from Cleaves. My favourite is White Pumpkin and Lilac which smells like Autumn and Pumpkins but with a lovely posh twist. They come in lovely glass bottles and shhh don’t tell anyone but I’ve sprayed my clothes with this before leaving the house on more than one occassion!
Autumn Hanging Gonks! How adorable are these? I picked up a couple from my local Poundstretchers but I can’t find them online to share so this one is from Ebay.
Our Nest Decor from Asda – My partner and I loved this as soon as we saw it! It’s on top of our fireplace next to my wax burner and some candles. Made the room feel more homely.
George at Asda Autumn Bedding – Asda have been absolutely smashing it with their selections of bedding. This one I bought last year but I already have my eye on more!
