Helloooo everyone!
I hope you’re all okay 🙂
Today’s blog post is a review of Munchy Play – the first kids plate with a built in track. When I was contacted by them and asked if I would like to review them I was so excited as I knew both of our girls would LOVE IT. And I was right, it’s their new “special plate”.
*Disclaimer – This is a collaborative post although all words and opinions are honest and my own*
The plates comes in three lovely designs. Vroom-Vroom, Choo-Choo and Tea party.
We have two of the three. I chose the Choo-Choo design for Zayah as she loves train’s and the Vroom-Vroom for Zara as she loves cars!
The Choo-Choo plate come with a built in train track which is compatible with leading toy trains. (Although Zayah decided a monster truck would work just fine for hers). It’s a lovely and bright custard yellow colour with cute illustrations.
The Vroom-Vroom plate is just as awesome with its race track built into the plate. Complete with a chequered flag, suitable with the leading toy cars from most toy shops. It’s in a lovely Icey blue colour, again with beautiful illustrations.
The plates have been a big hit with the girls from the moment I took them out of the packaging. What I like about the plates is that they are quite deep, meaning we could put cereal, soup or as you can see in the photos – a roast dinner which is the girls favourite meal!
Using the Munchy Play plates has definitely encouraged the girls to stay put for longer at the dinner table/high chair. Normally they are in and out like yo-yos.
They are suitable for little ones over the age of 6 months. My girls are 2 and 5 and are very happy with their new plates!
The plates are free of BPA, PVC and melamine so you can feel safe with your children using them. They also have a non slip base which is perfect so it doesn’t slip and slide allover the place. It grips nicely onto our girls high chairs. It also has high sides and a deep dish as I mentioned earlier which is great for self feeding. These are available from their website for £14.50 each or two for £25.50 using their code ‘TakeTwo’. You can also find their plates on Amazon – if you type in Munchy Play they are the first on the list!
I really do rate these and think they are wonderful if you have small children like us. Thank you for reading my review!
