I’ve recently been testing out this awesome 4D Vibration Plate from Bluefin Fitness!
I haven’t been to the gym in about two years so when this opportunity came around I thought it would be perfect as I’d be able to workout at home (when the girls are in bed). My children are still very young and take up a lot of me so getting any time to go to the gym was near on impossible.

4D vibration plate, Instruction Manual, Workout and Nutrition Guide, 4 resistance bands, 2 resistance cords and a free exercise poster.
The 4D Vibration Plate comes with a wearable remote control which you can change the intensity, work out type and time.
It feels so good to have a little bit of me time and do some exercising. Especially with everything going on right now, spending a very long time at home I’m not walking about even half as much as I usually would on a normal day. My favourite exercises are calf raises, lunges, squats and also when I just want to work out my arms with weights while standing and watching telly! The vibration plate doesn’t let off much noise when it’s in use unless it’s on the highest intensity which is great if you’re having a conversation or catching up on tv whilst getting a workout in.
The exercise poster that came with the 4D Vibration plate has come in so handy as I didn’t realise you could do so many different exercises with it. I’ve also been browsing youtube for some workouts that I can watch and try out for myself. I’ve found it really helpful watching the videos so I can see what I need to do.
What I love about the vibration plate is that it has a built in Bluetooth speaker so I can listen to my “Workout” playlist on Spotify. Which is basically a bunch of my favourite songs that make me feel motivated!
The 4D vibration plate is so sturdy and well made. It’s quite heavy to lift off the floor but we keep mine in the corner of the living room so I can pull it into the middle of the room when I want to use it. It doesn’t take up too much space which is a good thing as the room is usually filled with the children’s toys.
So I’ve been working out with the 4D vibration plate for about 2 months now where I’ve aimed to get 3-4 nights a week but I have to admit at least 2 of those weeks I felt so exhausted from every day life so I didn’t do any. I’ve gotten back into it since and feel much better for it even if it’s just workout my arms some evenings. Exercising whilst using the vibration plate makes everything feel more intense and I can see why they say on their website that 10 minutes is enough for a full 4D workout. My body aches the day after so I’ve been spreading out my workouts over the week giving myself a break in between.
I don’t own any scales but 8 weeks later my clothes are fitting much better and I feel more a lot more confident in my own skin.
It feels really good being able to get in a proper workout at home in the comfort of our living room. The 4D Vibration Plate costs £329. Bluefin Fitness have a whole range of home gym equipment from rowing machines and treadmills to bikes and elliptical trainers. When I first received this to try out we had no idea that life would change so dramatically in the following weeks and so I’m really grateful to have the opportunity to have this in my home. Not only is it good for physical health it’s great for mental health too. Having that time to focus on ourselves even if it’s only for 10 minutes makes the world of difference. My partner has even been giving this a try as well. I think he wants to start getting into shape again so now I have a work out buddy!
