Hey Everyone,
Back with another toy review today. My girls love to use their big imaginations and enjoy creative activities and so when we were asked if we’d like to review Stickle Bricks, we jumped at the chance.
I remember using Stickle Bricks as a child and I vividly remember being able to play with them in school in reception and in year one during rainy day play when we were inside the classroom.
Whats in the box?
1x base plate
2x character heads
2x axles and 4x wheels
10x triangles
15x circles
10x squares
7x open squares (like windows)
10x straw (finger) shape
5x double square length
3x triple square length
What did we think?
What I love about the Stickle Bricks Fun Tub was that are a good combination of pieces to play with and plenty enough for my two daughters (aged 4 and 6) to share without fighting over it – which is really important in our house. The pieces are really bright and colourful and perfect for little hands. The box that the pieces come in also doubles up as storage for the stickle bricks which I think is brilliant and we can keep them all in one place.
My girls have made all sorts of goodies from their stickle bricks – houses, cars, superheroes, a mini house for our hamster, pretend guns, little stick people and more and its been great to see their imaginations come to life! Lots of sticking, stacking and constructing, knocking down and then building something new. What I also like about Stickle Bricks is that the pieces from the other sets are compatible with eachother, so the children can build endless amounts of things with it!
I think that this Stickle Bricks Fun tub would make a great gift for children on birthdays, christmas or for whatever the occasion. It really keeps kids entertained and provides a lot of fun. You can pick these up for £22 from The Entertainer which I think is good value for money.
